A local business was the scene of a brazen robbery on Wednesday, Nov. 4 in Lemoore. Lemoore police officers got a call at about 7:30 p.m. that a robbery had just occurred at a business on East D Street in Lemoore.

A clerk from the business reported that two men with their faces concealed by bandanas entered the business through the front door and proceeded to charge towards her as she worked behind the front counter of the business. Both individuals jumped over the counter and at the same time one of them attempted to punch the female clerk in the face.

The clerk was able to run from inside the business to escape the suspects. The suspects then stole an undisclosed amount of money and fled from the scene on foot.  Lemoore officers set up a large perimeter of the area and ultimately located two individuals approximately about a quarter of a mile from the scene of the robbery. The suspects matched the descriptions given by the clerk.
