Jones visited the victim's residence. and while he was there the victim fell asleep. She woke up to Jones sexually assaulting her. The victim pushed Jones away and yelled at him to leave and he did. The victim did not report that she was physically injured during the sexual assault.

The next day, August 5, Jones was contacted at his residence in Lemoore and taken into custody.  He was subsequently booked into the Kings County Jail and his bail was set at $50,000.

The investigation is still ongoing.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lemoore Police Department.
