For decades, these foundations, which consist of members of our communities, have raised much-needed funds to pay for essential upgrades, equipment, expansion projects and other services at our hospitals.

In 2016, with the help of our communities and employees, the foundation disbursed:

• over $850,000 to the Hanford Family Birth Center
• over $400,000 toward a $4 million pledge to Adventist Medical Center – Hanford
• $2,500 to pay for memory stones for families whose loved ones passed away in our Intensive Care Units (ICUs)
• over $10,000 to three migrant farmworker patients from the Hanford Breast Care Center
• over $3,700 to assist with funeral expenses for stillborn babies born at our facilities.
