The scholarships are available to students who live in Kings County and are attending either a public or private high school.
To be eligible, students must have a 3.0 or better grade-point average and have plans to attend a two- or four-year college or university.
Applications and criteria are available at any high school counselor’s or principal’s office.
The deadline to submit a completed application is Friday, April 7, 2017.
