The victim, who survived the attack, was transported to the hospital where he received treatment and is expected to make a full recovery.

The incident occurred on December 2 at about 6:30 p.m. in Lemoore City Park. There were apparently several witnesses to the assault and officers located the assailant, taking him into custody without incident.

A second juvenile suspect was questioned, taken to the Lemoore Police Department, and later released.
