The Lemoore Chamber will host its annual banquet on Friday, January 19, 2018, at the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino. Smith, a native of Lemoore, will be honored as the 2018 Lemoore “Citizen of the Year.”

Kings Dental Group will be named the 2018 Lemoore “Business of the Year,” and God’s Bread Box will be named the 2018 Lemoore “Organization of the Year,” for their community outreach programs.”

A selection committee of previous honorees chose this year's selections.

This year an additional award has been added to the honoree list and selected by the Lemoore Chamber Board of Directors. It was the board’s vision to honor someone from the public safety sector whose positive influence has made an impact in the community.

After reviewing nominations from the community, the chamber’s board members are proud to announce that Lemoore Police Officer Jason Stephens was selected as this year’s Public Safety Individual of the Year for his tremendous contributions as the Youth Development Officer at Lemoore High School.

Table sponsorships are available at no charge for all of those wishing to promote their business or organization and show their support.

Reservations must be made ahead of time by calling the Lemoore Chamber at 559-924-6401, and tickets will be limited. Paid reservations received by January 5 are $55 per person, or a table for ten is $500.

Reservations made after January 8 will be $65 per person. No tickets will be available at the door. In addition to honoring this year’s Citizen, Business, and Organization, the evening will also include hors-d'oeuvres, dinner and new this year a silent auction. Socializing and silent auction at 6 p.m. Dinner begins at 7 p.m., and the awards program starts at 8 p.m.
