The suspect drove at high speeds, sometimes reaching 90 miles per hour on county roads and 45 to 50 miles per hour on city roads.
The pursuit lasted about 15 minutes. The suspect is on parole for assault with a deadly weapon and has an outstanding felony arrest warrant for a narcotics violation.
