I have known Bill for nearly 20 years and have found him to be a caring, compassionate, intelligent man, willing to listen to all sides of an issue. He served as the Director of the Human Services Agency for 20 years and has a deep understanding of the needs of the people in Kings County.

His tireless involvement in the community, through the Hanford Kiwanis, Kings United Way, Kings Rehabilitation Center, and the Kings County Countywide Oversight Commission - to name just a few - shows that he is a man of service and integrity, who truly wants the best for our county.

Bill is an extremely generous man who gives of his time and with his money to help people in need. I know he will continue to serve the board with the same passion he exhibits in all his endeavors.
