During the search, officers found several items in the home that showed evidence of marijuana sales, along with an illegal semi-automatic weapon.

A suspect, 19-year-old Montreal Hemphill, was arrested and booked into the Kings County Jail for the following charges: 29815(a) PC – Illegal possession of a firearm, 29180(b)(1) PC – Manufacturing or assembling a firearm, 11359(b) H&S – Possession of marijuana for sale, and 11360(a) H&S – Unlawful transport of marijuana.
