On June 24, 2021, zoom inside the Blue Angels diamond formation with Captain Greg Wooldridge, USN Retired, former Commanding Officer (Boss) of the Blue Angels.  He led the team to Russia in 1992, featured in the documentary Blue Angels: Around the World at the Speed of Sound, available on YouTube.

During the live Zoom session, Captain Wooldridge will share anecdotes, pictures, and high-definition videos from his time as “Boss of the Blues.” He will address leading a group of high-achieving men and women toward a common goal while constructing a framework of excellence and trust. Captain Wooldridge is a nationally recognized speaker who has graciously agreed to waive his speaking fee.  Therefore, all proceeds will go directly to fund HOAPF scholarships for dependents of deceased or 100% disabled veterans at colleges that have agreed to match our Foundation donations.   The Series will be hosted via Zoom, and the live events will be informal to allow viewers to ask questions via the Zoom ‘chat’ function.

• To Register: go to Speaker Series Registration.  Minimum donation is $50; additional donations are welcome. 
• HOAPF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, so your donations are 100% tax deductible.
• Registration is limited, and capacity will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once registered, the appropriate Zoom link will be emailed to you the day before the event.
• Registration is required to join the meeting. If you like our mission but cannot attend the event, donate to HOAPF to contribute.

• Chief Warrant Officer 4 Mike Durant, USA retired – The Black Hawk pilot shot down during the Battle of Mogadishu on October 3, 1993.  
• General Richard Myers, USAF retired, served as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) during the early stages of the “War on Terror” and was Acting JCS Chair on 9-11. 
• Commander Everett Alvarez, USN retired – The first American aviator shot down during the Vietnam War and the longest-held POW in US history.
