Local Chamber to host 26th Annual Jack Stone Kings County Salute to Ag Sept. 10

The Greater Kings County Chamber of Commerce announced that Steve Walker and the Kings County Deputy Sheriff’s Association would serve as the honorees at the 26th Annual Jack Stone-King County Salute to Agriculture Banquet.

The Greater Kings County Chamber of Commerce will host the Friday event, Sept. 10, at the Lemoore Recreation Center in Lemoore. Walker will be honored as the 2021 Agriculturalist of the Year. The Kings County Deputy Sheriff’s Association has been tagged as the Ag Supporter of the Year.

In addition to honoring this year’s Agriculturalist and Ag Supporter, the evening will include a hosted social, hors d’oeuvres, and dinner. Socializing begins at 6 p.m., and dinner will be served at 7 pm. following by the award’s program at 8 p.m.

Sponsorship opportunities and reservations to decorate tables are being accepted. Guests may make inquiries and reservations for the event by calling the Greater Kings County Chamber office at 559-216-0505, ext. 1001. Paid reservations received by August 30 are $75 each or a table for 8 for $525. Reservations made after August 30 will be $85 per person. Tickets will not be available at the door.
