Lemoore’s varsity boys’ basketball team is 1-2 in the demanding West Yosemite League and recently hosted Mt. Whitney Pioneers on Friday, January 21, losing 54-33, before tackling powerhouse Clovis East in a non-league contest on Saturday (Jan. 22).

Lemoore fell 79-45 to Clovis East in the non-league contest. Overall Lemoore sports a winning record overall at 11-8 and is 1-2 in the WYL.

The Tigers take on cross-county rival Hanford High School on Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. The Bullpups come into Tuesday night’s contest with a 12-8 record while the Tigers sport an 11-8 mark after last week’s loss to the Pioneers.

The Lemoore girls’ hoopsters are 7-10 overall and 2-1 in the WYL after defeating the Pioneers 52-48 in Visalia. Lemoore’s ladies travel to Hanford for their WYL match against the Bullpups at 7:30 p.m.
