Lemoore police investigate shooting, three juveniles arrested

Lemoore police officers, on May 22, at about 6:50 p.m., investigated a possible shooting on North Lemoore Avenue. Upon arrival, officers saw that all involved parties had left the scene.

However, evidence at the scene indicated a shooting had occurred. A short time later, a juvenile victim arrived at Adventist Medical Center with gunshot wounds. He was later transported to Fresno Regional Medical Center for further treatment. 

Lemoore Police Department detectives responded to the scene and are currently investigating. Three juveniles were arrested and booked at the Kings County Juvenile Center.  One juvenile was arrested on charges of attempted murder, possession of an un-serialized/unregistered firearm, and participation in a criminal street gang. 

The other two juveniles were arrested for accessory after the fact. The investigation is ongoing.
