Lemoore police identified a suspect as 40-year-old Daniel Garcia of Armona. A short time later, California Highway Patrol officers located the suspect, who led officers on a high-speed pursuit. With the assistance of the Kings County Sheriff’s Office and other allied agencies, the suspect, Garcia, was apprehended in Hanford.
A short-barreled shotgun, shotgun ammunition, and pistol were recovered as a result of the pursuit.
The Lemoore Police Department stated that Garcia is a convicted felon and is prohibited from possessing firearms.
