Helm and Sons this year will also feature a line-up of new attractions for youngsters, including The Land of Dinosaurs, the Paratrooper, the Grand Prix Coaster, Ballistic Swings, and a Circus Train. In addition, favorites will return, including the Clown Around, the Go Gator Kid Coaster; the Hy Five Ferris Wheel; the Paratrooper; and the Spin Move.

“Helm and Sons strive to provide a good time for all, and they deliver this every year, giving kids of all ages a chance to have fun while staying safe,” Fair CEO Dena Rizzardo noted. “We are fortunate to have this team at our fair each year.”

“We are always pleased to be back at the Tulare County Fair, providing great fun for moms, dads, and kids,” noted Tom Kay of Helm and Sons. “Each year, we change the attractions to keep the rides new and fun.”

Rizzardo noted that in addition to fun on the fairgrounds, local law enforcement agencies connect and collaborate throughout the five days of the Fair to maintain a safe environment.

“We are so grateful for our local law enforcement that helps keep our Fair and fairgoers safe during this much-loved event, now 106 years old. We are excited to launch this Fair!” Rizzardo said.  

Fairgoers will also experience the new Central Valley Makers Market, entirely focused on items crafted and created by Tulare County residents. The Quilt of Honor program takes place at 12:30 p.m. on opening day; livestock competitions take place throughout the week, and fairgoers can enjoy a wide variety of fun food.
