Well-known personality Jay Salyer reveals the cleverness of early merchant and city father John Westly Belknap, whose testament to success still stands today. Always looking toward the betterment of Lemoore and its commercial district, John installed the first board sidewalks and innovative lighting systems. As always, the Experienced thespian, Michael Betcher, will convey the rich life experiences of our first Postmaster and druggist, Benjamin Hamlin.
