Lemoore Police Department to celebrate National Night Out Oct. 25

It must be that time of year. The Lemoore Police Department and law enforcement agencies throughout America will celebrate National Night Out on Tuesday, October 25, at the city’s Heritage Park at 661 E. Hanford-Armona Rd.

The local police department will celebrate National Night Out in conjunction with the annual Red Ribbon Celebration from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Organizers say there will be plenty of food, music, fun, and of course, information.

National Night Out, which the Lemoore Police Department celebrates on an annual basis, is a community-building campaign that promotes police and community partnerships as well as neighborhood camaraderie.

Millions of neighbors take part in National Night Out across thousands of communities in all 50 states on the first Tuesday in October.

Neighborhoods host block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts, and other community events.
