If visitors needed a bit of food to keep them going during the eight-hour event, over a dozen food trucks and tents were set up throughout the school grounds. Everything from tacos, BBQ baked potatoes, cotton candy, and kettle corn were available for every appetite and wallet type.
The youngsters had bounce houses and games to keep them busy while adults checked out auction items. Cake and toy walks in the classrooms welcomed long lines of curious visitors.
The bake sale had something for everyone’s sweet tooth, and the special chicken dinner – complete with rice pilaf, salad, rolls, and fresh fruit was a bargain.
Sunday’s event, the largest fundraiser for the school during the year, was a smashing success.
