Members of the Lemoore Naval Junior ROTC after winning the Orienteering competition in Fresno this past weekend.
The Lemoore Naval Junior ROTC Orienteering teams competed this past Saturday in the Central Valley NJROTC Orienteering Competition at Scout Island in Fresno. Orienteering comprises a three-person team competition that includes hiking, reading maps and using compasses to find a team's direction and coordinates.
Lemoore NJROTC cadets placed 1st and 3rd in the Blue Team competition and they placed 2nd overall in the Gold Team competition.
