Annual Evening Under the Stars slated for Sept. 19 in downtown Lemoore

The 18th Anniversary of Lemoore’s Evening Under the Stars is scheduled for September 19 from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. in downtown Lemoore between Heinlen and Fox Street. All proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Lemoore Youth recreation Scholarship Fund.

Organizers of the event have scheduled live music, hors d’oeuvres and specialty dishes from local chefs and service organizations. There will be wine tasting and craft beers. A silent auction and drawings will be held.

There will also be a drawing for a $2,500 piece of handcrafted jewelry designed and donated by Lemoore’s own Pereira’s Jewelry.

Sponsors this year include Keller Motors as well as Quad Knopf.

Tickets are $50 each or $350 for a table of eight persons. Tickets are available at the Lemoore Parks and Recreation Department, 924-6767.
