The gatherings begin at 10:30 a.m. in the dining hall.

“I’ll discuss easy ways to make smart food choices, such as incorporating more fruits and vegetables in one’s diet,” says Goodstein. “I’ll also demonstrate stretches and exercises that are simple for those who are 60 years and older.”

Guests will even have a chance to win door prizes. To learn more about the workshops, please call 559-537-0083 or email Rebecca.Goodstein@ah.org.
