South Valley Church and West Hills College team up for Kenya soccer fundraiser

A moment from last year's soccer camp

South Valley Community Church will partner with West Hills College Lemoore in anticipation of its annual Kickin’ for Kenya Soccer Camp to be held at the college on April 2. The camp will be open to 4-10 year olds and cost $10. It will be held at the college from 1-4 p.m.

Organizer Janet Brown says this year’s camp will have an international flavor as well, and include players and coaches from Brazil and England. The Lemoore High School girls’ team will help as well, said Brown.

All proceeds go to the children of Furaha Community Center in the Huruma Slum, Nairobi, Kenya.
