Doctors' Day Celebration: Adventist Health wants to hear from patients about their doctors

Adventist Health is celebrating Doctors' Day with a contest and giveaway. Adventist is asking patients to share their excellent experiences with physicians. Stories will be submitted for prizes.

In celebration of Doctors’ Day on March 30, Adventist Health / Central Valley Network is asking patients to share their excellent experiences with physicians affiliated with Adventist Health.

Positive stories submitted by March 31 will be entered into a drawing to win an Amazon Echo or a Google Home. Stories of 150 words or less may be submitted by email to ahcvinfo@ah.org, online at www.DoctorsDayContest.com, by fax to 559-537-1532 or by mail to Adventist Health Marketing and Communications, 470 N. Greenfield Ave., Suite 305, Hanford, CA 93230.

Submissions must include first and last name, address and phone number.

Winners will be notified in April and stories will be posted on www.AdventistHealthCV.com.
