WELCOA -- one of the nation’s most-respected resources for building high-performing, healthy workplaces –awarded the Central Valley Network with the Gold Well Workplace award for developing comprehensive programs that are producing results for its employees.
To earn gold, organizations must meet WELCOA’s seven benchmarks, which include:
- Capturing CEO support

- Collecting data to drive health efforts
- Carefully crafting an operating plan
- Choosing appropriate interventions
- Creating a supportive environment
- Carefully evaluating outcomes
“We have an exceptional team that is solely dedicated to creating wellness programs for our nearly 3,000 employees and their families,” says Andrea Kofl, Central Valley Network president. “To be recognized as an organization that is doing great things to promote healthy living is truly rewarding.”
