Adventist Health make a positive impact? Share your story in honor of 'Doctors' Day'

Honor an Adventist Health doctor for a chance to win an Apple watch or Fitbit Ionic. Submit a positive story about a doctor's experience.

Has an Adventist Health physician made a positive impact on your health or changed your life for the better? If so, we want to hear about it! In honor of Doctors’ Day on March 30, Adventist Health is giving patients a chance to share a positive story for a chance to win an Apple Watch or Fitbit Ionic.

All you have to do is submit a positive story of at least 100 words by March 31.
