New Adventist Health family nurse practitioner loves helping patients understand wellness

Kurt Hoff, a new family nurse practitioner at Adventist Health Medical Office – Home Garden, loves helping patients understand the importance of diet and exercise, as well as other aspects of wellness.

He knew at an early age that he wanted to pursue medicine. The Los Angeles native moved to the Central Valley for a more peaceful environment.

Hoff’s path toward becoming a certified family nurse practitioner started at California State University, Fresno, following his studies at College of the Sequoias in Visalia.

With 20 years of experience practicing medicine, Hoff remains passionate about helping community members have a better view of their health. 

Hoff has been married for 27 years and has a daughter. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, running and hiking.
