Actor, Comedian Ken Jeong to perform at Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino Jan. 10

Jeong is known for his many memorable roles in some of the most successful comedies of all time, making his feature film debut as Dr. Kuni in the 2007 hit Knocked Up, then going on to appear in popular comedies such as Role Models, Pineapple Express and Step Brothers.
In 2009, Jeong appeared as the scene-stealing Asian-mobster Mr. Chow in The Hangover, earning him an MTV Movie Award and three Teen Choice Nominations. He reprised his role in The Hangover 2 and The Hangover 3.
Jeong’s talents had him creating, writing and starring in ABC’s Dr. Ken, for which he also served as executive producer. From 2009-2015 he was a series regular on NBC’s Community, and part of the cast that won a TV Guide Award for Favorite Ensemble.
Before his career in show business, Jeong earned his medical degree and had completed his Internal Medicine residency in New Orleans. During that time, he was also developing his comedy act.
In 1995, he won The Big Easy Laff-Off Competition and headed to Los Angeles where he started performing regularly at the Improv and Laugh Factory and appearing on shows including The Office, MADtv, and Entourage.
Tickets to see Ken Jeong are on sale now and can be purchased online at TachiPalace.com or at the hotel’s gift shop. Tickets start listed at $40 per person. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m.
