Police circulate sketch of suspect in August sexual assault case, seek info
It was on the evening of Saturday, August 9, that Lemoore Police Officers responded to a report of a rape in the northwest area of Lemoore. Upon arrival Officers were told by the 32-year-old female victim that she answered a knock at the front door and was contacted by the suspect asking for a glass of water.
When the victim turned to get the water the suspect pushed his way past the screen door and into the house.
The suspect then pushed the victim to the floor and proceeded to sexually assault the victim. After the assault the suspect told the victim not call or tell anyone or he would hurt her.
The victim described the suspect as a white-male adult, approximately 35 years old, 5-10, 170-180 pounds and average build. The suspect had short brown hair, a brown mustache and wore a black-hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black work boots and thin leather black gloves.
