Lemoore Problem Oriented Policing team, probation officers arrest two in compliance search

The Lemoore Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing (POP) team in concert with the Kings County Probation Department, while conducting a probation compliance search on Thursday, March 28 on West Bush Street, discovered methamphetamine more than an ounce, along with a digital scale and drug paraphernalia.

It turns out police say the items belonged to suspect Odilon Martinez Gutierrez, 44, from Hanford. Odilon was also wanted for two outstanding Kings County warrants. Another person, suspect Gardenia Walthing, 26, from Lemoore, was found to be in violation of her probation.

It was about 5:20 p.m. when the POP team and probation officers searched the residence.

Odilon was arrested and booked at the Kings County Jail on suspicion of committing a new crime while released on bail, possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two Kings County warrants. He is being held without bail. Walthing was arrested and book at the jail on suspicion of harboring a wanted fellow and for probation violation. She is being held without bail.
