West Hills College students return to campus Monday, Aug. 16, will take safety measures

At West Hills College Coalinga and West Hills College Lemoore, 60% of classes will be held in person. Services at both colleges will also be available in-person, including admissions and records, financial aid, library and tutoring services, counseling and advising, and more.
WHCCD is committed to providing educational opportunities to all the district’s students in safe and convenient ways. Measures have been put into place to help ensure the health and well-being of students.
Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the district, and face coverings are available upon request. Students and staff are required to wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status.
WHCCD also launched its West Hills Safe App to help the district manage daily COVID-19 health screening and contact tracing. Additionally, students and employees can voluntarily upload their COVID-19 vaccine information through the app.
Students and employees must complete a daily health screening and check-in to the building or classroom as they enter using the West Hills Safe app. The App is available for Apple (App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) devices under "West Hills Safe."
