Approximately 900 thirsty ticket holders enjoyed a near-perfect day as the local Kings Lions Club held its traditional Brewfest on Saturday evening at the Kings Lions Sports Complex on 19th Avenue.

Local beer and food vendors, including Hop Forged in Hanford, Chef Gray, and Sushi Table in Lemoore, joined other Valley favorites serving a wide variety of food and drink to satisfy the palates of the diverse crowd.

Enjoying a beer or two, listeners enjoyed a mixture of oldies and classic rock dance music from the Valley Cats on the Budweiser stage.  The Valley Cats certainly had their fans there rocking along with their music. Guests were often rewarded with beads from the band.

Loads of games, all of them hosted by Lions Club members, were scattered among the open space.  These included  Jenga, Bimini Ring Toss, and Cornhole.

Three local organizations, including the City of Lemoore, Path to Hope, and Lemoore Family Connection, were all given checks from the Kings Lions Club ranging from $1,000 to $2500.
