Lemoore Youth Cheer program treats local cheerleaders at Hidden Valley Cheer Camp

The Lemoore and Hanford “cheer community” came together on Saturday (July 22) for a Cheerleading Camp at Hanford’s Hidden Valley Park. The Lemoore All Star Cheerleaders conducted the one-day camp for the Hanford Cheer Program.

Lemoore’s Jennifer Melendez coordinated the event, and Cathy Snow assisted, as 24 young ladies, four youth coaches and two advisors from Hanford Premier Cheer helped facilitate the event.

According to organizers, the event was to instill in young would-be cheerleaders the fundamentals and materials needed to create a successful cheerleading program for the upcoming season.
