An update is given on the status of an updated North District Center in Firebaugh and the WHCCD’s Educational Master Plan, and Facilities Master Plan is outlined.

There are also features on the West Hills Community College District’s grants department, which has earned over $158 million since it was established in 1999, and on West Hills College Coalinga’s Farm of the Future’s use of the latest agriculture technology.
