Hanford dance studio gives back to the community with faith-based 'Give Back' project

The “Give Back Project” is part of a series of workshops put on by Diaz and her dance studio.
Diaz will offer free dance workshops in a variety of dancing styles: Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Jazz, and Latin. Parents must sign up their child in the St. Peters Catholic Church office. Ages 6-18 are welcome. Space is limited so sign up asap. The workshop is an open event for all community members of Lemoore.
According to Diaz, this will be “Give Back Project” No. 3 which will conclude with a big show at MIQ’s O’Doherty Hall at 870 N. Lemoore next to the MIQ school, on March 31st at 2:30 p.m. Doors open to get a good seat at 2 p.m.

The students who register for the workshops will perform at the Big Show alongside P.A.T.Y.’Studio teams and experience an opportunity to express themselves through dance. Tickets will be $8 per person – for friends and families of the performers – to come and enjoy. Some of the proceeds will go to St. Peter’s Church. Concessions will also be for sale.
According to Diaz, P.A.T.Y.’Studio has one main goal with these projects, and it is to teach as many youth and families as possible how to be closer to God through dance and giving back to support one another, and to make the world a better place by sharing our God-given talent to others.
