City of Lemoore gets its phone system fixed. Upgrade makes it fully operational

The city of Lemoore announced Tuesday that its malfunctioning phone system is now fully operational. City officials said that Lemoore has upgraded to a new phone system to better serve its citizens, and now uses two primary phone numbers.
