4 p.m. - Gates Open and the Festivities Begin!
4:00 - 7:30pm - Kids Activities & Carnival Rides & Games Open
- Activities in the kid's area
- Helm & Sons Amusements will provide amusements and attractions from 4 p.m. until the fireworks begin.
- Unlimited rides wristbands will be available in advance – pricing to be determined.
- Rides range from 48" min. to 32" min. height requirements.
- ALL CHILDREN MUST WEAR CLOSED TOED SHOES WHEN ON RIDES!
- 5:00 - 7:30 pm - Paso Robles Walk-Around Wine Tasting - Adults only with table seating admission
- This exclusive walk-around wine tasting is for Vice President and President ticket holders
- Wineries include: Allegretto Wines, Ancient Peaks, Broken Earth, Bovino, Bushong Vintage Co, Caliza Winery, Cass Winery, Demeter Family Cellars, Eberle Winery, Glunz Family Winery, Hidden Oak, Hope Family, Hunt Cellars, Justin Winery, Opolo, Penman Springs, RF Wines, Robert Hall, Rotta Winery, Stillwaters, SummerWood, Thacher, Tooth & Nail, Willow Creek Wine Collective, Windward plus more to come!

- Purchased a table seat? We'd love for you to decorate your table! Decorated tables will be judged & prizes will be awarded.
- 8:00 - 9:45 pm - Show Begins with Master of Ceremonies Casey Biggs
- Youth pianist Suir Kim will wow the audience! As the winner of the 2018 Paderewski Festival Youth Competition, Suri is only eleven years old, fluent in English and Korean; her favorite subjects are music and science. Favoring classical and modern repertoire, she likes music by Haydn and Chopin.
- Featured vocalist Sarah Lawrence will grace the stage with her husband, Calland Metts. Sarah enjoys a widely varied caress as a singing actor in opera, musical theatre, and in concert, singing everything from Baroque to Broadway.
