Tachi Palace Casino Resort announces this week the launch of a new mobile app
Developed by Aristocrat Technologies, the app will allow immediate access to Premiere Club Card points, Premiere Club offers and rewards, player tier account details, win/loss statements, new slot machine releases, food specials, up-to-date resort information, plus the ability to book a hotel room.
VIP members also will have direct contact with their assigned casino host. Also, the social media tab allows guests to engage with Tachi Palace social sites and share upcoming events with friends and followers.
Casino officials added that there also would be incentives to “check-in” at the casino through the app, including free offers for dining, among others. Information on the neighboring Coyote Entertainment and Yokut Gas also will be included.
“We are excited to offer this new, convenient way for patrons to access personalized information and learn about the latest happenings and special promotions,” said Michael Olujic, General Manager of Tachi Palace Casino Resort. “The launch of this app also provides us with an additional avenue to elevate our customer service.”
The app is free and available now in both the Apple Store and on Google Play under TACHI PALACE.
“We are very pleased to work with long-time Oasis™ 360 partner Tachi Palace and to bring their new mobile app to fruition,” said Cath Burns, Aristocrat’s Executive Vice President of Customer Experience. “The app is driven by Aristocrat’s PlayerMax™ platform, a solution that personalizes the operator’s interaction with their players. This solution provides Tachi Palace a new way to communicate and engage with their players to improve their customers’ experience further.”
