Kings County, Hanford Chamber to host Public Safety luncheon

The Greater Kings County Chamber of Commerce, in league with the Hanford Chamber, will host this year’s Public Safety Appreciation Luncheon on August 10 in the Hanford Civic Auditorium (400 N.

Douty Street) in Hanford.

The event begins at noon. Tickets are available through a website and are $20 per person.

The local chambers will recognize the following recipients: Jared Brach (Hanford Fire), Dolly Justin-Silveira (Kings County Fire), Guadalupe Cappozi (CA Parole Unit), Alexander Clark (American Ambulance), Sadie Risk (Avenal Police), Georgina Maravilla (Child Protective Services), Wayne Brabant (Kings County Sheriff), Brittni Chism (Kings County Sheriff’s Detention), Christopher Jackson (District Attorney’s Office), and Aderian Reed (Kings County Probation).

Lunch is provided by Hobo Connection Catering. Ticket sales end Monday, August 8, and will not be available for purchase at the door. Seating is not assigned and will be first come, first serve. Each award winner will have a table reserved for guests of their choosing.
