The World Surf League hosted another unique World Championship event at the Lemoore Surf Ranch this past weekend as the league's top surfers, Griffin Colapinto and Carissa Moore, took home wins as thousands of spectators were on hand.

Thousands of spectators filled the venue and participated in numerous events, including kayaking in Perkins Lake, concerts, games for the kids, and much more.

In the women’s finals, Moore had four waves and edged Caroline Marks in the finals 16.53 to 15.43. In the men’s finals, Colapinto edged Italo Ferreira in the finals 17.77 to 17.13.

Moore is a five-time world champ and notched her second win at the Surf Ranch. The win was also her 28th career victory. Moore is now atop the rankings and will take her talent to the Surf City El Salvador Pro.

Colapinto was dominant in the finals in his first Surf Ranch professional win. He’s now ranked No. 1 in the world and will wear the yellow leader’s jersey at the Surf City El Salvador Pro.
