Campaign season already underway in Lemoore as candidates focus on November
Ray Madrigal, a candidate for city council and a new Chamber of Commerce member, cut the ribbon at his Friday night Meet and Greet.
Ray Madrigal, who was appointed to a vacant council seat two weeks ago, was on hand to greet well wishers at the downtown office of local optometrist Jeff Garcia.
Other candidates for the two seats available in November include incumbent Willard Rodarmel, just finishing up his second term, local businessman Jeff Chedester, council watcher Michael Montalbano, and local college instructor Holly Blair.
