Tigers end regular season with pair of volleyball wins, including Hanford

Lemoore’s varsity volleyball team ended its four-game West Yosemite League losing streak with a pair of easy wins against Golden West and Hanford this week. The Tigers beat the Trailblazers 3-0 on Tuesday and on Thursday easily beat the Bullpups in straight sets, 3-0.

The Tigers completed a regular season of 17 wins and 12 losses.

Against the Bullpups the Tigers won the first set 25-9. Hanford made it close in the second, but dropped a 25-23 contest, and in the third set, Lemoore easily won 25-17.

Lemoore had a tougher time of it on Tuesday, beating the Trailblazers 25-17 in the opener, 25-18 in game two, and 25-21 in the finale.
