Lemoore's 10-year-old Little League players on to Nor-Cal State Championship

The Lemoore All Stars, following their undefeated 3-0 run in the Armona championships, went on to win the Section 7 Valley Championship in Oakhurst this past July 16, again with a 3-0 record.

The Little League locals, beginning July 23, will take on California’s best teams in the Nor-Cal State Championships. Only the top seven teams in California advance to the State Finals in San Francisco.

To help the team get there, the Little League is raising money to help with the tourney, which plays through eight days, ending on July 31.

The team hosted a community party on Thursday, July 21, at the Lemoore Little League Park at 7 p.m. The support of the community is needed to help these young boys make the state finals. If there is any way you can help it will be much appreciated. The team is also accepting sponsorships, donations and selling pulled pork dinners $10 each.
