The Lemoore High School Future Farmers of America (FFA) Boosters sold 420 tickets to their annual fundraiser, held this past Saturday (April 1) at the Lemoore Trinity Hall. Advisor Matt Moreno said that there were 380 persons in attendance Saturday night.
He also said that the Boosters raised more than $20,000 again this year. Tickets were $50 and folks who made the Saturday night feast, dined on steak and chicken and for entertainment, enjoyed a silent and live auction.
The purpose of the event is to generate funds for the school’s FFA chapter by providing student scholarships, funding conferences, transportation costs and many other activities.
