What's on tap: Lemoore High volleyball, tennis, water polo West Yosemite League action continues

The Tigers latest win came against Hanford on Sept. 19 when Lemoore downed the Bullpups 9-0.

In other Lemoore athletics action, the Tigers’ boys’ water polo team fell to 0-2 in WYL action when they fell to El Diamante 18-4 on Sept. 18.  The boys also dropped a 13-4 decision to Tulare Union on Sept. 20 but rebounded in tourney action with a 13-2  victory over Monache High School on Sept. 20.

Earlier today (Sept. 21) the Tigers lost to Clovis East 19-5 in the Visalia Boys Water Polo Tournament. Lemoore’s next action – in both girls’ and boys’ action –  is slated for Sept. 25 at Golden West High School.

The Lemoore girls’ water polo team is 1-8 overall and 0-2 in the WYL. The Lemoore ladies dropped a narrow 8-7 game to El Diamante on Sept. 18 to fall in WYL action.

In Lemoore girls’ volleyball action, the Tigers are 1-2 in the WYL campaign as look forward to a Sept. 25 game at Mt. Whitney High School. In recent action, the Tigers defeated Golden West in Visalia 3-1 to improve to 1-2.

The Tigers play Hanford on Oct. 1 at Lemoore High School.
