A popular event is returning to Lemoore’s Veterans Park when the annual Pizza Festival, a three-day local event returns on April 22, 23, and 24. The popular event will feature fun and games, food, and music. The last Pizza Festival, before the pandemic, was held in 2019.

The Pizza Festival is a three-day event featuring pizza competitions, free live music, a beer garden, vendors, food vendors, and amusement rides and games.

A cornhole tournament hosted by DPL, cornhole kicks off the fun Saturday, followed by FAST Credit Union, the sponsor of the “Dollar Dog’s Challenge,” at 6 p.m.

Family fun continues Sunday at 1 p[.m. with a classic Pizza Eating Contest sponsored by Fatte Albert’s Pizza company. The challenge teams must consist of two people with big appetites.

The event will also offer live music on Friday and Saturday.
