Tigers' hoop teams win big in West Yosemite League action and prepare for Mission Oak coming up next

The Lemoore girls’ basketball team improved to 12-10 overall and 2-3 in the West Yosemite League after soundly defeating Tulare Union 56-46 in a home-court decision Thursday night in Lemoore.

Lemoore’s ladies travel to Mission Oak for a Feb. 1 game while the boys' team, after easily defeating Tulare Union 69-42 on their home court Thursday,  will host Mission Oak in a 7:30 p.m. game on Feb.  1. The Boys improved to 5-0 in the WYL and 17-6 overall.  

In Thursday’s home game, the Lemoore ladies were led by Amber Cole, who poured in 18 points. Jaclyn Proby tossed in 13 points for the Tigers, who dominated Thursday’s contest.
