Lemoore High School boys' hoops team continues winning ways with hard fought 72-68 win over visiting Mission Oak in Wednesday night game
The Tigers have just three more games, including a trip to Tulare Western on Feb. 7 and a home finale against Hanford on Thursday, Feb. 9.
Ty Chambers led the Tigers in scoring, popping for 16 points in the game, including a pair of 3-pointers in the fourth quarter to keep Mission Oak at bay in the second half. Kaleb Goudeau tossed in 10 second-half points to help his Tigers hold off a strong Mission Oak squad.
Lemoore’s girls' hoopsters are 12-11 overall and 2-4 in the WYL after a disappointing 52-44 road loss to Mission Oak Wednesday night. The Lady Tigers play Dinuba tonight (Feb. 2) in the Lemoore Event Center at 6 p.m.
