Tigers water polo team improves season record to 9-0 after convincing 23-7 win over Hanford West; LHS in water polo tourney Friday and Saturday

Lemoore’s boys’ water polo team improved to 9-0 after a convincing 23-7 win over Hanford West in the Tigers’ home pool on Tuesday, Sept. 12. In the girls’ match, Hanford West edged the Tigers 15-10.

Brendan Meyer leads the Tigers in goals for the season, with 36 goals scored in the first nine games of the season. Andrew Moral has 28 goals as the Tigers crush their opponents in the pool. Drew Rhoads is the assist leader for the Tigers with 37.

The Tigers play in a weekend tournament where they will take on El Diamante and Tulare Western.
