Kings County Sheriff to conduct DUI patrols during holidays

On Sunday, December 15th, between 7 p.m. and 1 a.m., deputies from the Kings County Sheriff's Office will conduct a DUI saturation patrol within the County of Kings.

During this detail deputies will patrol the county areas concentrating on searching for people who are driving impaired and for people driving unlicensed or on a suspended license.

The DUI Enforcement Team and members of the Kings County Sheriff's Office will be conducting additional details aimed at deterring drinking and driving during the holiday season. Funding for this program was provided by a grant from the Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

If you have any questions, please contact Sergeant Mark Lusk at the Kings County Sheriff's Office.
