On Thursday, one of his routine tweets hit close to home when he criticized the “tremendous cost and cost overruns” of the Navy’s F-35 jet fighter, a new plane expected to bring jobs and revenue to Kings County and replace aging FA-18 Hornets. The unit's talented drill teams competed in the prestigious Westview Drill Meet in San Diego Saturday (Dec. 5) and came away with second place overall.
